The collaboration brings Reddit’s Enterprise API directly into the Emplifi platform, elevating Reddit from a passive listening source to a core analytical signal within Emplifi Fuel, the company’s intelligent execution engine.

By means of this integration, brands are able to identify high intent conversation in social media communities via the vertical Command Center of Emplifi and turn unfiltered customer conversations into an aggregated format of insights. This was done to connect these insights to objectives and actions.
