Cornerstone Hires Michael Pawlyszyn, Former SAP SuccessFactors Executive as EVP and Chief Revenue Officer, Americas

Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., a leader in workforce agility solutions, announced Michael Pawlyszyn as its new EVP and Chief Revenue Officer, Americas. Pawlyszyn joins Cornerstone from SAP SuccessFactors where he served as SVP, Chief Revenue Officer North America, responsible for driving Human Experience Management sales and go-to-market strategy, as well as overseeing core operations including pipeline development, demand management, revenue growth and acceleration. Prior to SAP SuccessFactors, Pawlyszyn held sales and strategic leadership positions at Oracle and Salesforce.

In the role of EVP and Chief Revenue Officer, Americas at Cornerstone, Pawlyszyn will lead and expand the high-growth Americas sales team.

This announcement comes on the heels of the Cornerstone Galaxy launch, an AI-powered workforce agility platform, aimed at solving the workforce readiness gap, key product innovations and two acquisitions. Cornerstone continues to gain momentum with its 14 city, Connect Live World Tour, which picks back up in Tokyo and Singapore in September.
