Cvent, an industry-leading meetings, events, and hospitality technology provider, announced the completion of its acquisition of ON24, a trusted webinar and digital engagement platform for B2B enterprise marketing.

The acquisition advances Cvent’s vision to digitize the Total Event Program (TEP) and deliver one connected platform for organizations to manage every format, whether internal or external, in-person, hybrid, or virtual and webinars. By adding ON24’s intelligent digital engagement capabilities, Cvent enables a true event-led growth strategy, where every touchpoint generates connected first-party data that organizations can activate to drive pipeline and revenue year-round.

Cvent plans to continue to invest in and grow the ON24 platform with a steadfast focus on AI and its enterprise-grade reliability and compliance standards.
