Focused Image, a leading branding, marketing, digital, and PR agency with over 40 years of experience, announced its acquisition of Blue Atlas Interactive, a recognized expert in web-based software strategy and hosting solutions. This marks Focused Image’s first-ever acquisition, underscoring the company’s commitment to expanding its digital marketing capabilities as part of its growth strategy.

The acquisition of Blue Atlas strengthens Focused Image’s innovative solutions, expanding its technical expertise in mobile app development, data dashboards, web application programming interfaces, web security, and website hosting.

The transaction is effective February 1, 2025. As both companies are privately held, financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
