HubSpot, the customer platform for scaling businesses, has announced its intent to acquire Dashworks, an AI-powered workplace search assistant. This strategic acquisition combines Dashworks’ robust capabilities in deep search and reasoning with HubSpot’s long-term vision: empowering every go-to-market (GTM) team member with a powerful AI assistant.
Earlier this year, HubSpot introduced Breeze Copilot—the first step in delivering that vision. With Dashworks onboard, HubSpot will significantly enhance Breeze Copilot, Agents, and embedded AI features by integrating intelligent search functionality and the ability to connect to unstructured data sources. This means GTM professionals can ask intuitive, natural language questions and receive instant, contextual answers:
-
Marketers can quickly find brand guidelines
-
Sales teams can check account statuses beyond CRM data
-
Customer experience reps can surface exact answers from a knowledge base

In the background, Breeze intelligently pulls relevant insights from internal and external sources, leveraging HubSpot’s ecosystem of over 1,800 app integrations. It synthesizes that information and delivers concise, accurate responses to help teams move faster and work smarter.
“What’s impressive about Dashworks is its simplicity—ask a question, and it instantly pulls information scattered across documents, messages, tickets, teams, and third-party apps,” said Nicholas Holland, SVP and Head of AI at HubSpot. “What used to take hours now takes seconds. We’re excited to integrate this powerful search into Copilot to create a true go-to-market assistant.”
The Dashworks platform—co-founded by Prasad Kawthekar and Pratyaksh Sharma—was built to seamlessly connect with various data sources, dramatically improving how businesses locate and use their knowledge. Upon the close of the acquisition, the Dashworks team will join HubSpot’s AI product group to further advance Breeze’s contextual search and information gathering capabilities.
“Dashworks and HubSpot share a commitment to making powerful technology accessible to businesses of all sizes,” said Prasad Kawthekar, co-founder of Dashworks. “With HubSpot’s leadership in go-to-market solutions and their advanced work with unstructured data, our next chapter with HubSpot will help even more businesses unlock the full potential of AI in their daily workflows.”
