Infobip, a global cloud communications leader, announced the expansion of its long-standing partnership with NumHub to integrate Branded Calling ID™ (BCID) into its comprehensive Voice product suite. This collaboration is set to transform how businesses connect with customers, enabling more trusted, recognizable, and engaging voice interactions.
The expansion aligns with the FCC’s Eighth Report and Order, which urges the telecom industry to advance the implementation of Rich Call Data (RCD) through branded calling capabilities supported by the STIR/SHAKEN framework-reinforcing trust in voice communications.
Powering Seamless Branded Calling Experiences
As part of this initiative, Infobip has adopted NumHub’s API-based, cloud-native SaaS platform, which simplifies and automates the entire BCID lifecycle—from registration and onboarding to vetting, billing, and reporting. By integrating this streamlined solution, Infobip will empower enterprise clients to take full control of their brand identity and enhance customer experience across every voice interaction.

“Seven years ago, branded calling was introduced…Today, over a million legitimate businesses in the US do not have access to a branded calling solution! Together with BCID and our valued partner Infobip, our joint initiative is clear: to empower every legitimate business with an industry-adopted, secure, and cost-effective branded calling solution that truly works and will be available to everyone, making consumers look forward to answering their calls again!”
— Mark Bilton-Smith, CEO, NumHub
The collaboration underscores both companies’ commitment to improving communication transparency and effectiveness at scale—giving legitimate businesses a vital tool to rebuild trust in outbound calls, reduce call abandonment, and increase engagement.
“Branded calling helps businesses to improve answer rates and ROI, while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of each interaction,” said Ivan Ostojić, Chief Business Officer at Infobip. “We’re excited to continue this partnership with NumHub and drive innovation in secure voice solutions.”
