Shawn will oversee JumpCrew’s delivery, marketing, and operational support teams, driving the company’s next phase of growth as it scales its GaaS model to deliver enhanced revenue for B2B clients.
Shawn brings extensive experience in scaling organizations and managing high-growth transitions. He joins JumpCrew after serving as Chief of Staff and Chief Client Officer at Alorica, where he led strategic initiatives that contributed to the growth of a $2 billion global BPO with 100,000 employees. His leadership at Verizon, where he managed the end-to-end outsourcing support for the consumer channel across an extensive network of BPO strategic partners, 28 call center locations, and 12,000+ employees, reinforces his ability to drive operational success in dynamic environments.
