Kaltura has revealed signing a final contract to obtain PathFactory, which will further advance Kaltura’s transition into a company delivering comprehensive and agent-led digital experiences. This acquisition will give Kaltura an important boost in powering highly customized and AI-driven interactions not only for customer but also for employee, learner and audience journeys. Among PathFactory’s value propositions are content intelligence, personalization, and conversational automation, which allow companies to really understand their users’ behavior, context, and intent. The system is able to create and organize personalized digital experiences for users across various content types automatically. In this way, companies are able to increase the level of engagement and produce real business results.

Expanding Intelligent Engagement Across Enterprise Use Cases

Kaltura has made a move in acquiring PathFactory to enrich its platform with a wider array of enterprise applications. Kaltura is acquiring to diversify its platform with a broader range of enterprise applications. Such applications cover both customer-facing functions, such as marketing, sales, and support, and internal use cases like employee onboarding, training, and communications. Further applications relate to education, certification programs, and interactive audience engagement in sectors like media and telecommunications.

Among thousands of other enterprises, PathFactory provides its services to around 100 top enterprise customers including some world-famous brands like NVIDIA Cisco Palo Alto Networks, and LG. The company is currently enjoying its strong position within the ever-growing agentic AI marketplace, as reflected by its recent recognition as a Leader in the Forrester Wave for Conversation Automation Solutions for B2B in Q4 2025.

Strengthening Position in the Agentic AI Ecosystem

After acquiring eSelf. ai and recently this one, Kaltura is deepening its presence in the key areas of conversation automation, avatar-based video, and smart content orchestration. The company is placing itself at the crossroads of AI, media, and enterprise engagement, aiming at delivering seamless, agent-driven digital experiences across different touchpoints.

According to the agreement, Kaltura is planning to buy PathFactory for about $22 million in cash, of course, subject to the usual closing conditions. The deal is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
