OvareGroup has officially announced its acquisition of Togetherwith, a move that cements a partnership that first took shape in 2022. The Argentine-born creative agency, formerly known as FCB Buenos Aires, has built a strong reputation through its work with brands such as Stellantis, Jeep, and RAM. With this acquisition, Togetherwith will fully integrate into OvareGroup’s network, forming a transcontinental creative powerhouse spanning North and South America. The financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
This strategic acquisition enhances OvareGroup’s expertise across multiple industries, including healthcare, education, food hospitality, consulting, and retail. It also represents a significant step in strengthening the partnership established two years ago, during which Togetherwith has substantially increased its U.S. footprint with offices in Louisville and Miami.

The agency has successfully expanded its client portfolio beyond borders, securing business with renowned brands such as Ingredion, Xfinity Comcast, Loud And Live, Harry Blu’s Spirits, and DirecTV. This integration complements OvareGroup’s existing relationships with long-standing clients, including a 37-year partnership with KFC, a nearly two-decade relationship with Long John Silver’s, and a 15-year collaboration with LongHorn Steakhouse.
Under the terms of the acquisition, Togetherwith will maintain its existing management structure in Argentina while gaining access to additional resources and capabilities across all locations. Clients will benefit from expanded access to international creative talent, advanced technological solutions—including AI-driven insights and analytics—and a refined approach to navigating both U.S. and Latin American markets.
