PolyAI, a leader in enterprise conversational AI, announced it has been recognized in multiple 2025 Gartner reports, including the Hype Cycle for Customer Service and Support Technologies (July 2025), the Hype Cycle for CRM Technologies (July 2025), and the Hype Cycle for Strategic Cost Optimization (August 2025).
Gartner Hype Cycles provide a graphic representation of the maturity and adoption of technologies and applications, and how they are relevant to solving real business problems and exploiting new opportunities.
These evaluations follow PolyAI’s inclusion in several new Gartner publications, including being named a Representative Provider in the research report “Innovation Insight: Augmenting Conversational AI Platforms With Agentic AI” (June 2025).
Out of the hundreds of conversational AI companies to emerge in recent years, PolyAI was also recognized as one of just thirteen vendors included in the Gartner Magic Quadrant™ for Conversational AI Platforms, 2025. According to Gartner, evaluation criteria for this report are “designed to capture not only the technical strengths of a platform, but also the organizational, operational and customer-facing aspects that collectively determine success for both vendors and their clients.”
