Aucera joins a series of strategic acquisitions that have fueled ResultsCX’s expansion, including UK-based Huntswood in 2024, Ireland-based Zevas Communications in 2023, and Bulgaria-based 60K in 2022. Over the past three years, ResultsCX has invested over $200 million in organic and inorganic growth, expanding its global presence to nine countries, employing more than 24,000 people, and serving 130+ clients worldwide. These investments have enabled ResultsCX to broaden its capabilities, enter new markets, and advance its technology-driven transformation strategy to enhance client outcomes.
