RTB House, the MarTech platform powered by unique Deep Learning algorithms, announces the appointment of Krzysztof Słowik to VP of Engineering. The hire marks a strategic shift in the organisation’s structure as the company actively invests in developing its leadership to strengthen growth and innovation ahead of the depreciation of third-party cookies next year.
Słowik will be responsible for managing the engineering/IT teams and the effective development of the tech solutions. His appointment will allow CTO, Bartłomiej Romański, to focus on the high-level technical strategy that will strengthen RTB House’s position as the leading solution for cookieless environments. Słowik will report to Robert Dyczkowski, CEO.
Prior to joining RTB House, Słowik worked at Google, specifically YouTube Analytics and YouTube Channels, as Head of Engineering, a role he’s held since 2019. He brings a wealth of experience from major technology companies aside from this, including Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard, where he held similar roles building and leading engineering/IT teams to deliver impactful results.
Słowik comments: “RTB House is a business built on state-of-the-art technology that is at the forefront of solving the programmatic industry’s biggest challenges. I’m proud to be a part of a team and business making significant change and one that prides itself on innovative solutions.”
Dyczkowski adds: “Słowik is a brilliant addition to the growing RTB House business. We are working hard to ensure a seamless transition to the cookieless world and he will play a pivotal role in making that happen, thanks to his deep understanding of complex IT systems and his exceptional leadership skills.”
