Salesforce Announced Acquisition of Apromore

Salesforce announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Apromore, a leading provider of process intelligence software that enables organizations to discover, simulate, and optimize business processes.

This acquisition strengthens Salesforce’s leadership in agentic process automation, combining Apromore’s advanced process intelligence and optimization capabilities directly within the Salesforce platform. The integration will give customers a unified, real-time understanding of how their operations function across the front, middle, and back office – paving the way for smarter, faster, and more automated business processes.

The addition of Apromore will deliver comprehensive process intelligence capabilities that advance Salesforce’s agentic automation vision, including:

End-to-End Process Visibility

Apromore offers a complete view of business processes across all systems and applications – including Salesforce and other enterprise platforms – to help organizations reduce operational blind spots and uncover inefficiencies.

Foundation for Agentic Automation

Apromore’s deep process insights will enhance Agentforce and Salesforce’s broader automation strategy by mapping business workflows, identifying areas for intelligent automation, and driving measurable operational improvements aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).
