TELUS Digital Experience, a global leader in digital customer experience innovation, announced the acquisition of Gerent, a U.S.-based consultancy specializing in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations, system integrations, and agentic AI solutions. As part of the integration, Gerent’s comprehensive service offerings will now operate under the TELUS Digital umbrella, with the Gerent brand set to sunset by the end of Q3 2025.
