WorkForce Software, the #1 rated workforce management solution for large employers, announced the appointment of Bill Shaheen as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the promotion of Nicole Neumarker to Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective January 1, 2024. As CRO, Shaheen will lead the global revenue and customer success organizations and as COO, Neumarker will lead engineering, cloud services, product management, customer support and global services.
Following a record-setting 2023 for WorkForce Software marked by a 13 percent increase in year-over-year transaction volume and an 18 percent rise in net new customers compared to the previous year, Neumarker and Shaheen are strengthening the company’s ability to scale operations for continued growth. Post-pandemic, the workforce management software sector has experienced substantial growth, as large employers facing increased pressure to optimize their workforce to meet new strategic, regulatory and operational talent needs are increasingly prioritizing investments in workforce management technology.

A veteran of B2B Cloud SaaS businesses, Shaheen is a seasoned Human Capital Management (HCM) executive who brings over three decades of industry knowledge and experience to the role. A go-to-market expert, Shaheen had been helping to guide WorkForce Software from his most recent role on their Board of Directors and Operating Executive for Elliott Investment Management where he also worked with other top-performing SaaS sales and marketing executive teams. His extensive leadership experience includes key sales, board, executive leadership, and consultancy roles at leading technology and human capital management software firms including Code42, SumTotal Systems, Oracle and Taleo.

She has played a leadership role in defining product strategy and delivery roadmap and will focus on scaling the business for continued growth. Neumarker has a distinct passion for connecting with customers and her teams, so they are positioned to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the world’s largest employers.
