With the introduction of the Custom AI Companion add-on, Zoom AI Companion now integrates with 16 popular third-party applications, enabling users to orchestrate actions seamlessly-without ever leaving the Zoom platform.
This powerful enhancement also opens the door for small businesses to purchase the Custom AI Companion add-on online, giving them access to Zoom’s AI-driven features across third-party video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet. Users can now tailor meeting summary templates, create personalized avatars, and connect key productivity apps to keep workflows moving-saving time and helping businesses focus on what matters most: growth and innovation.
