With the real-time connection, the data collected from Experiences is instantly merged into profiles housed in the BlueConic CDP, creating a more holistic and actionable view of every customer. By connecting dynamic data collection with real-time segmentation and activation capabilities, marketers can instantly update profiles, trigger personalized offers, and engage customers without manual workflows or batch processing delays.
