Alliant has acquired AnalyticsIQ, a predictive analytics specialist that merges cognitive psychology with statistical analysis to enhance behavioral targeting-a move positioning the combined company as a top-tier provider in people-based marketing. AnalyticsIQ CEO Scarlett Shipp will lead the merged entity, while Alliant’s founder JoAnne Monfradi Dunn transitions to an advisory board role. Monfradi Dunn remarked, “It is remarkable to have found an opportunity to integrate an organization whose values so closely align with Alliant’s,” emphasizing their shared commitment to privacy, transparency, and people.
