Insightly has announced the rollout of its Copilot initiative that is aimed at ensuring the simplification and acceleration of CRM workflows through the creation of intelligent action within the CRM by leveraging the use of natural language. Copilot is an AI-powered generation assistant that enables the simplification of daily CRM operations through the application of conversational commands to perform automated actions within the CRM. This will help users avoid the strain associated with searching and updating CRM records that is characteristic of go-to-market initiatives.

For instance, users will be able to leverage the functionality of Copilot to summarize the status of leads for senior management, determine upsell deals, determine data gaps, produce targeted follow-up messages, and provide key pipeline data within seconds of the conversation. Insightly’s Copilot rollout aims to address one of the biggest adoption pain points associated with the adoption of CRM systems that lie dormant because only a small component of the overall functionality is employed.
