Optimizely Launches Agent Orchestration Platform at Opticon

Optimizely, the digital experience platform (DXP) provider, has announced significant enhancements to its AI offering, Optimizely Opal, introducing advanced agentic capabilities at its annual Opticon event in New York City. As the agent orchestration layer of Optimizely One, Opal now provides marketing and digital teams with access to a library of specialized AI agents, the ability to build custom agents, and an intuitive drag-and-drop interface to connect workflows with existing data and tools.
