PostcardMania, the $119 million marketing technology firm with over 395 staff, is pleased to announce the launch of its native direct mail integration, PCM Integrations, in partnership with the leading home service software provider Jobber, effective August 28. The API-powered integration will allow Jobber’s home service-based business users, such as landscapers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and plumbers, to automate postcard and letter mailings to new homeowners relocating to their service area, as well as send mailers to homes within a radius surrounding current job sites. These automatic, trigger-based mailings will help small businesses in the home services industry improve their marketing and increase revenue without additional workload.

Trigger-based new mover campaigns target individuals who have recently moved into a business’s designated service area. The business owner selects the geographic area they want to target, customizes their design, chooses the timing, and sets their budget. Postcards are then automatically mailed daily as soon as new movers who fit the client’s target criteria enter the system, allowing that business to be the first to reach prospects in their new homes — a pivotal way to get ahead of the competition.

Research shows that new homeowners spend five times more on home improvements in their first year, and half of them select the business that responds first to their inquiry on services.
