DXC Technology, global enterprise technology services provider, on Wednesday announced its new Customer Experience Center opening in London. The facility is designed to assist in helping the organizations across the UK and Ireland translate AI ambition into enterprise-scale execution.
Furthermore, the new center, which is based in London City, will be a meeting ground where business leaders, technology leaders, and DXC experts will be able to collaborate hand-in-hand in the exploration, design, and delivery of innovative digital technologies. This project further cements the firm’s commitment to helping businesses go from experimentation with AI and other cutting-edge technologies to realizing tangible business outcomes.
The London CEC pulls together the expertise from 6,000 multidisciplinary professionals throughout the UK and Ireland, including system architects, software engineers, industry specialists, and service delivery teams. This regional capability is further strengthened by DXC’s global network of 40,000 developers, offering customers access to deep technical resources and domain knowledge. Organizations can use co-innovation sessions and hands-on workshops to solve very complex transformation challenges and, at the same time, accelerate solution deployment at scale.

Derek Allison General Manager, DXC Technology in UK and Ireland “The London Customer Experience Center is a space for our customers to bring their toughest technology challenges, engage in a conversation, and co-create solutions alongside our team of highly skilled experts. In a world where exponential change is the norm in business, leaders need trusted partners who can help them design, build, and run AI-enabled enterprises. This is much more than a showroom for our expertise and solutions. It’s an extension of our customers’ own transformation journeys.”
Therefore mentioned CEC is expected to serve a critical purpose in assisting some of the most significant organizations within the UK, including the Metropolitan Police, Network Rail, Barts Health NHS Trust, London Market Insurance Companies, the Ministry of Defense, and the Department of Health and Social Care. The innovation hub, as created by DXC, is expected to enhance the modernization drive within these organizations while at the same time ensuring compliance and continuity.
To further enhance its AI capabilities, DXC Technology is currently recruiting 150 AI experts in the UK and Ireland. The new workforce will be utilized on strategies aimed at aiding businesses in prioritizing AI initiatives, as well as equipping younger generations with leadership skills required in any form of transformation. The new workforce will serve a wide range of industries, from aerospace, automotive, banking, insurance, healthcare, life sciences, to government, among others. All these sectors are undergoing an AI transformation like no other.
Placing the launch of its London operation firmly within the existing footprint of DXC, which extends to offices and operational facilities in Erskine, Newcastle, Tewkesbury, and Farnborough, the addition of a specialist Customer Experience Center in London serves to further entrench the positioning of DXC as a critical partner to enterprise organizations seeking to navigate complex change with the help of AI and digital transformation.
Therefore, due to the adoption of AI in various industries, there is a need for an environment that fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and execution. By offering its new London CEC, DXC aims at creating an environment that facilitates the seamless flow of innovation from concept to execution, enabling businesses to realize the power of AI and future technologies.
