Townsquare and Broadway Media Partner to Accelerate Digital Advertising Growth Across Local Markets

Townsquare Media is partnering with Broadway Media in an effort that seeks to enhance digital advertising through a strategic alliance. This deal will enable Townsquare to pursue the growth of data-driven marketing products in local and regional media markets within the US.

The partnership is geared towards combining the digital advertising abilities of Townsquare Media and the extensive experience of Broadway Media in areas such as radio, outdoor, and digital. The company, which is headquartered in Salt Lake City, runs seven radio stations and owns a dominant billboard network.

The partnership builds on the success of Townsquare’s Media Partnerships division, launched in 2024 under its Townsquare Ignite segment. This initiative was designed to extend the company’s proprietary technology and performance marketing expertise to other local media organizations through a white-label model. By enabling partners to leverage Townsquare’s data-driven strategies, the division has played a key role in scaling digital revenue—now accounting for more than half of the company’s total revenue and profit.

Broadway Media is among 11 recent partners to join this growing ecosystem, collectively helping Townsquare expand into 31 additional markets beyond its existing footprint, including several within the Top 50 Designated Market Areas (DMAs). Through this collaboration, Townsquare will work closely with Broadway Media to deliver tailored, insight-led advertising solutions for local, regional, and national clients—enhancing campaign performance while maximizing the value of broadcast and outdoor assets.
