Yellow.ai has recently unveiled Nexus Vox, which is an advanced voice AI platform for enterprises aimed at addressing the shortcomings of the conventional voice automation technology by integrating all technologies into a single package. Unlike conventional voice automation systems where each component, including speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies and conversational AI, has to be provided by different vendors, Nexus Vox runs on a zero-hop architecture, allowing for seamless human-like interactions with response time below 400 milliseconds. The platform is capable of recognizing more than 500 languages and dialects and cloning any brand’s voice within 10 seconds.

In addition, it works with enterprise systems to enable AI agents not only to talk but also perform actions independently and solve customer problems.
