T-Mobile has unveiled Dynamic CX, a new AI-powered network optimization capability designed to enhance connectivity during large-scale live events and periods of high network demand. Dynamic CX which is based on the company’s Self-Organizing Network (SON) technology employs sophisticated AI-powered automation to discover upcoming mass gatherings like concerts, festivals, and sports events by examining publicly accessible schedules, online activities, and event details. This foresight tactic allows T-Mobile to get ahead, organize network resources, increase capacity, and endlessly improve performance in almost real-time as people attend move live stream, and share their experiences by photos and videos.

With Dynamic CX, we’re using AI to help the network prepare ahead of large-scale events and adapt in real time as crowds move and demand changes – helping deliver a stronger, more resilient experience for customers,” said John Saw, Chief Technology Officer at T-Mobile.
