Box Appoints Tricia Gellman as Chief Marketing Officer

Gellman brings over two decades of experience driving growth for leading technology companies, including Salesforce and Adobe. As CMO, Gellman will help accelerate the company’s path to $2 billion in revenue and its evolution as an Intelligent Content Management platform, delivering AI-powered collaboration, workflow automation, and security.

Gellman’s impressive career spans roles at industry giants and high-growth startups. During her tenure at Salesforce – which saw the company grow from $1 billion in annual revenue to $13 billion – Gellman designed, developed and led the demand generation function for Salesforce globally, deeply connecting marketing and sales to build pipeline for the US sales organization. As a product marketing leader, she drove winning messaging and positioning that repeatedly drove growth in the Enterprise, Midmarket, and SMB segments. She also served as Chief Marketing Officer for Salesforce Canada.

At Adobe, Gellman led InDesign to global success and played a key role in unifying the product line into the Creative Suite business. As CMO of both Checkr and Drift, Gellman spearheaded the creation of unified go-to-market strategies, orchestrated demand across verticals, and enabled solution-selling best practices. Most recently, Gellman has served as an advisor to a variety of companies, including several within the Scale Ventures and NEA Ventures portfolios.
