Dentsu UK&I appoints Chief Experience Officer to drive growth though creativity and innovation

Dentsu UK and Ireland announces the appointment of Indy Saha as Chief Experience Officer (CXO), who will join its senior leadership team. The newly-created role will enhance dentsu’s ability to deliver unique advantage to brands through innovation and creativity by bringing together its customer experience specialists across dentsu agencies, Dentsu Creative and Merkle.

Saha will enhance and scale dentsu’s experience capability to help clients creatively solve their business challenges today and prepare for a successful future. By bringing together experience specialists across the dentsu group, Saha will lead a powerful integrated community that will transform the way customers interact with brands through their combined craft. Saha will dual-report into Anne Stagg CEO UK&I, dentsu CXM and Merkle, and Jessica Tamsedge CEO UK&I, Dentsu Creative, bringing a One dentsu lens to both practices.

This critical new hire comes at a time when winning brands are thinking customer experience first, enabled by technology and innovation. By focusing on the multiplier effect of CXM, creative and media, dentsu is innovating to impact growth by unlocking new value, creating new experiences and driving new behaviours – all through the lens of the Sanpo Yoshi philosophy of being good for people, business and society. This will deliver tangible impact for brands through the craft of experience design and the application of emerging technologies.

Indy brings nearly 30 years’ experience to dentsu, most recently as Executive Design Director at IDEO, and previously at Brunswick, McKinsey, Google Creative Lab, TBWA\London, XBox and adidas. Over his career, he has connected customer experience into marketing, product and commerce solutions to support clients’ growth, by creating new connected, integrated digital experiences, fluid design systems, innovative new products, services and business models, using cutting edge new technologies.
