Infobip’s new Omnichannel Messaging Adapter for Oracle Integration addresses this challenge by offering a streamlined way for organizations to connect and manage messaging channels-such as WhatsApp and RCS-across Oracle and third-party applications. Further elevating the partnership, Infobip has introduced a prebuilt use case—an Accelerator—for Oracle B2C Service, Oracle’s customer service solution. This Accelerator enables brands to offer real-time, two-way communication with consumers via SMS and WhatsApp, delivering a more efficient and responsive support experience. Both the adapter and the Accelerator are designed with low-code or no-code functionality, making them accessible to a wide range of Oracle customers and partners.
