Ennis joined Talkdesk in January 2023 as senior vice president of sales for the Americas. In this new global role, he is responsible for growing the sales organization and go-to-market strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), as well as Asia Pacific (APAC). ).

Ennis has over 20 years of experience as a proven business leader at some of the world’s largest and most successful technology companies. Prior to joining Talkdesk, he served as Vice President of Sales for the Americas region at Aspen Technology, a global leader in AI asset optimization software. Previously, he spent over a decade at Cisco, where he held various sales leadership roles, before finishing his tenure at Cisco as Vice President of Sales for Cisco AppDynamics.
