ASAPP has introduced a new system of purpose-built AI agents within its Customer Experience Platform (CXP), designed to automate and manage customer service operations end to end. The launch enhances CXP with integrated agents that streamline agent creation, enable continuous self-learning, and deliver actionable insights for enterprises scaling AI in production.

“The goal was never to build just a conversational agent. It was about delivering reliable AI-powered customer service at scale, end to end, in production,” said Priya Vijayarajendran, CEO of ASAPP. “What we’ve built is a true agentic platform—bringing multiple purpose-built agents together to handle every turn of complex, real enterprise customer service interactions.” The platform includes five agents—Discovery, Developer, Simulation, Insights, and Optimization—each addressing key layers of customer service, from intent detection to workflow improvement. “An AI agent proves its value not in a single brilliant response, but in its consistency across interactions – remaining accurate, safe, responsive, and protective of privacy at every turn,” she added. The system enables enterprises to shift toward scalable, AI-driven customer experience management.
