Hootsuite Rebuilds Platform for AI Era with Launch of Autonomous Social Agent ‘Wisdom’

Hootsuite

Hootsuite has launched Wisdom, a social-first AI agent, which will help turn live social data into meaningful and actionable business intelligence. Based on 15 years of proprietary social data and monitoring over 150 million data sources, Wisdom is capable of helping businesses identify trends, find risks, produce content, and respond to real-time social signals. While many AI tools have no or very limited access to the live social insights, Wisdom not only gives users with a single conversational interface, but also historical context, audience behavior, cultural trends, and image detection.

Hootsuite besides Wisdom also rolled out Social OS, a new AI-powered social operating system, which aggregates social intelligence publishing customer care, and employee advocacy through the shared agentic layer. The platform revamps key products, such as Perch for publishing, Nest for customer care, Parliament for employee advocacy, and Lumen by Talkwalker for social intelligence. Apart from that, Hootsuite has also made available Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors allowing AI agents to safely access Hootsuite insights across external tools and workflows. “We started Hootsuite to help organizations show up on social. Eighteen years later, the ambition is different: not keeping up, but knowing first,” said Ryan Holmes, CEO, Hootsuite. “Wisdom is the intelligence layer that finally lets businesses operate at the speed of culture. Today, we’re helping customers stop reacting and start anticipating – seeing what social is telling them, understanding what it means, and acting before the moment passes.”
