Marketing Architects has launched Mass Customizer, a proprietary AI-driven solution designed to help brands personalize TV advertising at scale without the need for reshoots or additional production costs. Together with the sister company Misfits & Machines, this tool was designed to help marketers turn one “hero” TV commercial into several variants by changing different things such as on-screen graphics voiceovers calls-to-action, and regional offers. While keeping the main idea of the commercial intact, Mass Customizer allows for changes in the details that depend on location audience time of the year, or product focus.

In this way, it brings back the connection between mass reach and relevance in TV advertising that was lost for a long time. The platform also addresses production bottlenecks, particularly in audio, by replicating original voice talent to seamlessly insert new messaging. “Audio has always been a production bottleneck in creative customization,” said Josh Wilson, AI Audio Director at Misfits & Machines. “Reshoots are expensive, talent availability is unpredictable, and one new line can unravel a timeline.
