In this context, MiQ has announced that it is planning to acquire the Latin American business of Adsmovil, with the acquisition set to create the largest programmatic ad business in Latin America and enhance the company’s footprint in these emerging markets. The acquisition brings Adsmovil’s strong capabilities in mobile, retail media, and digital out-of-home (DOOH) together with MiQ’s AI-driven operating system, Sigma, which uses hundreds of trillions of data signals to unite the ad ecosystem and deliver precise audience targeting through the use of AI technology.
