Numerator Unveils Conversational Consumer Insights to Accelerate Data-Driven Decision-Making Across Enterprise Retail

Numerator

Numerator has launched Nexa, its Numerator Experience Agent, and Numerator Connect, a Model Context Protocol (MCP) that brings the company’s consumer intelligence into clients’ AI tools, workflows, and custom agents. Nexa allows users to ask business questions in plain language and receive analysis grounded in Numerator’s verified consumer data, including more than 2.5 billion shopping trips across over 50,000 retailers and more than 2,500 consumer attributes. Rather than asking an AI model to independently calculate core metrics, Nexa interprets established Numerator methodologies, data hierarchies, reports, and business logic.

Numerator Connect is now available in live beta, allowing brands and retailers to use consumer insights alongside their own POS and enterprise data within their preferred AI environments. “Consumers are moving quickly, and businesses need fast access to trusted data to keep pace,” said Eric Belcher, CEO of Numerator. “Numerator Connect gives leaders and their teams an intuitive way to use high-quality consumer data alongside their own data and within their own tools, helping them answer business questions on demand and make decisions with greater confidence.” Numerator said Nexa will expand to include promotional intelligence and Verified Voices consumer sentiment, broadening the insights available through its AI ecosystem.
