Publicis aims to merge HEPMIL’s storytelling with its data assets through this acquisition. This includes the Lotame and Epsilon identity graphs. They cover more than 800 million consumer profiles in the area. This gives brands a full influencer solution. It blends social strategy, influencer management, and data-driven content creation. This move shows Publicis’ commitment to the fast-growing Southeast Asian influencer marketing sector. The goal is to offer social-first, brand-safe, and measurable influencer campaigns to clients. HEPMIL will continue to operate under its own brand. It will also work closely with Publicis’ Southeast Asia teams. The deal is still subject to standard closing conditions.
