Dentsu has appointed Winnie Chen-Head as Managing Director, Media, dentsu Malaysia, where she will be responsible for further driving the transformation and innovation of the network’s Media practice in the market. Winnie will report to Audrey Chong, CEO, dentsu Malaysia.
A marketing strategist with over 23 years’ experience, Winnie joined dentsu Malaysia in 2021 as Head of Product & Solutions for its media business, and has since been played a key role in developing and scaling new solutions for clients, while leading consistent business growth. Concurrently, as Head of iProspect Malaysia, she also led the media agency to anchor itself as a digital-first agency and refined its scope of offerings for clients.
Winnie assumes the role from Pankaj Nayak, who led dentsu Malaysia’s media practice in an interim role since April 2023. He will now focus on his role as Managing Director, Media, dentsu Singapore.
