GBK Collective, a leading marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and analytics consultancy, announced the appointment of Randi Ochs as Senior Vice President. Bringing over 25 years of experience in consumer insights, brand, and marketing strategy, Ochs will play a key role in advancing GBK’s ability to deliver data-driven insights and strategic guidance to its global client base. At prior companies, Ochs has led high-performing teams, and will also serve to enhance GBK’s team dynamics and growth.

Prior to joining GBK, Ochs held leadership roles in Consumer and Marketing Insights at Collage Group, Kantar, Ipsos, OTX, and Marketing Evolution. She has managed large teams and P&Ls and led hundreds of research programs across more than twenty countries, helping some of the world’s most recognizable brands refine their strategies and better connect with consumers. Her client portfolio includes Warner, NBCU, Fox, Google, Netflix, Meta, Nestlé, Starbucks, Red Bull, Disney, Lowe’s, Nissan, Volvo, Geico, and many others.
