While financial details of the transaction remain confidential, the strategic move significantly enhances TransPerfect’s capabilities in film, episodic, advertising, and branded content production.
Strengthening Creative and Post-Production Expertise
MPC Paris is a renowned post-production and visual effects studio specializing in film and episodic content. The studio’s recent contributions include acclaimed and Oscar-winning projects such as Anatomy of a Fall and Emilia Pérez. The Mill Paris, on the other hand, is a multidisciplinary creative content studio serving global advertising and brand experience sectors.
Both entities will retain their established brand identities and operate as divisions within TransPerfect Media, the company’s specialized media and entertainment division.

Leadership Continuity and Creative Excellence
MPC will continue under the leadership of Studio Head Beatrice Bauwens, while The Mill will remain guided by Managing Director Fabien Godenèche. Both executives will maintain their current roles and join TransPerfect Media’s senior leadership team, ensuring consistency for clients and teams during the integration process.
