Imaginuity®, a leading performance marketing company for multi-location and franchise brands, announced that one of its subsidiaries has acquired a digital advertising automation platform serving real estate, mortgage, and other multi-location organizations from Adwerx, Inc. The Imaginuity subsidiary will continue to deliver and provide customer support for the more than 12,000 platform users through a team of nearly 40 employees, who have been previously providing such support.
“The Adwerx platform has been a trusted growth engine for real estate and mortgage professionals for more than a decade and plays perfectly into our product-led growth strategy,” said Taylor Calise, Chief Executive Officer of the Imaginuity subsidiary. “Expanding our ability to deliver always-on, brand-compliant, and hyper-personalized advertising for clients at enterprise scale accelerates our creation of a fully integrated performance infrastructure to give brands a single provider for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.”
With deep roots in regulated and compliance-sensitive industries, Adwerx has pioneered the automation of personalized advertising while maintaining enterprise-level brand consistency and transparency. Every day, the platform powers thousands of advertising campaigns across connected TV, premium web, social media, and digital out-of-home environments, and ideally complements Imaginuity’s proprietary Pylot® CMS and performance intelligence engine, AdScience®.

“The platform will help give the franchise and multi-location brands we work with brand-safe, data-driven advertising automatically, at every level, from the national brand to the individual location,” added Calise. “This is incredibly important when you have large networks of agents, franchisees, or loan officers, and we’re thrilled with the integration that is already in motion and will continue to unfold throughout 2026.”
