Hostinger Launches Agentic Mail to Automate Business Communications

Hostinger

Global online business growth platform Hostinger has announced the launch of Agentic Mail, a webhook-first email infrastructure engineered specifically for artificial intelligence agents and automated developer workflows. The solution transitions email operations away from legacy IMAP polling loops and rigid SMTP configurations, providing a programmatic communication tier built for autonomous machine environments.

The product rollout directly addresses systemic infrastructure limitations confronting modern software engineers. While digital communication networks increasingly rely on automated frameworks built via systems like OpenClaw, n8n, Make, LangChain, and Zapier, the underlying email infrastructure has remained anchored to workflows designed for manual human interaction. Agentic Mail aims to remove these integration bottlenecks by functioning as a high-velocity, real-time message exchange optimized for automated software operations.

Email is still one of the most important interfaces on the internet, but most of the infrastructure behind it was never designed for autonomous systems,” said Povilas Skrebutėnas, Head of Email at Hostinger. “That’s why we built Agentic Mail. It gives developers an email layer that behaves the way agents do, with real-time triggers, controlled interactions, and programmatic workflows.”

Engineering Principles and Functional Capabilities

The initial deployment of the Agentic Mail platform establishes three core features to streamline autonomous communication:

  • Instant Webhook Routing: Rather than repeatedly executing resource-heavy polling routines to check for new activity, the system pushes inbound emails directly to connected developer applications the moment they reach the server grid.

  • Granular Permission Controls: The architecture includes native domain-level and address-level allow and block lists, enabling development teams to set precise boundaries around automated communication funnels.

  • Native Automation Integrations: The platform provides instant connectivity with leading AI and automation applications, including OpenClaw, n8n, and Anthropic’s Claude.

To expand integration capabilities across enterprise development environments, Hostinger‘s technology roadmap includes the upcoming release of a complete REST API alongside a native Model Context Protocol (MCP) server framework to simplify connection with complex agentic stacks.

Streamlining Practical Automation Workflows

By establishing an email environment optimized for high-speed programmatic execution, the platform removes long-standing data transmission barriers across common commercial use cases:

  • B2B Demand Generation: Outbound sales pipelines can autonomously distribute customized messages, analyze replies, qualify prospects, and sync updated contact data to a centralized CRM.

  • Autonomous Customer Support: Helpdesk systems can parse incoming requests, create draft responses, triage tickets to specific teams, and automatically escalate complex issues to human specialists.

  • Automated Scheduling Operations: Coordination programs can manage calendar links, verify availability, and dispatch confirmations across the network without manual human intervention.

The platform emphasizes a direct, developer-focused setup sequence. Administrators establish an inbox on their custom domain, map an active webhook endpoint, and define required security credentials. Once configured, the inbox functions natively within the automated stack, processing data continuously at machine velocity.
