Big Happy and Veridooh Partner to Bring Independent Verification to DOOH

Big Happy

Adtech platform Big Happy has partnered with global out-of-home (OOH) verification leader Veridooh to launch an independently verified cost-per-thousand (vCPM) transaction model for digital out-of-home (DOOH) campaigns across the United States. This strategic collaboration makes Big Happy the first partner to transact on Veridooh’s delivery data, giving advertisers the choice to buy campaigns on standard CPM or opt for premium vCPM pricing where they pay exclusively for plays and impressions independently validated as real and accurate. By bridging the transparency gap long associated with DOOH, the partnership equips buyers with an independent data layer spanning planning, activation, and measurement via Veridooh’s programmatic product suite, allowing brands to safeguard immersive 3D creative investments and minimize wasted ad spend.

Highlighting the shift toward digital-grade accountability in DOOH, Gabby Stoller, Chief Revenue Officer at Big Happy, stated: “Independent verification has been standard across digital advertising for years, and DOOH deserves the same level of accountability. Now we are bringing that standard to Big Happy’s 3D creative in DOOH. Our creative is built to be immersive, memorable, and available programmatically, and brands should know whether it was delivered as intended. By partnering with Veridooh to launch a vCPM offering, we can give advertisers the option to pay only for valid, independently verified impressions.”
