This collaboration is set to streamline and strengthen the delivery of SMS and voice-based communications for PingOne customers, particularly in critical functions like multi-factor authentication (MFA) and high-priority alerts.
With digital security hinging on timely and reliable user verification, the integration between Syniverse and Ping Identity ensures organizations can confidently deliver secure, real-time authentication experiences. The partnership allows PingOne customers to benefit from Syniverse’s global communications infrastructure—without the need for complex configurations or additional development.

The new API-level integration enables a seamless transition to Syniverse within the PingOne platform. Customers can retain their existing authentication workflows while configuring Syniverse credentials directly in the PingOne interface—eliminating downtime or disruptions to the end-user experience.
In addition to dependable OTP delivery, this partnership unlocks access to Syniverse’s advanced messaging capabilities, including message scheduling, branded links, and multilingual support. These features are available across short codes and long codes and come backed by Syniverse’s expert-led compliance and messaging support.
