Zoom has launched ZoomMate, a new agentic AI work surface designed to help organizations transform workplace conversations into completed tasks and deliverables. ZoomMate, which is based on the Zoom’s action system setup, takes the meeting conversations and turn them into enterprise workflows. The users can perform search, organize and execute the tasks without changing the tool only via ZoomMate. This product works together with Salesforce Jira Slack, ServiceNow Workday Google, and Microsoft, and users can get the company’s information, automatically do the actions of follow-up, and make presentations reports spreadsheets, and project plans entirely from the meeting context, ZoomMate’s search tool finds the pertinent information from conversations, records, and files, and its scheduling functions can book events, make tasks, change records, and cause workflows to happen throughout the connected systems.

“What drew me to Zoom was a simple truth: no other company sits where Zoom sits – at the center of every conversation where work decisions get made,” said Russell Dicker, chief product officer at Zoom. “ZoomMate is built on this insight. Before, during, and after the meeting, ZoomMate connects what was decided to what needs to happen next across every system where your work lives.” The launch reflects the growing shift toward AI tools that connect decisions, data, and workflows to improve productivity and execution across organizations.
