Meet The People (MTP), an independent advertising holding company, has expanded its U.S. footprint by acquiring The LOOMIS Agency and its digital marketing arm, iluminere, strengthening its presence in the South and establishing Dallas as a key growth hub. The acquisition increases MTP’s portfolio to 12 agency brands with more than 850 employees across North America. Known for its expertise in challenger brand strategy, integrated media, and creative campaigns, LOOMIS enhances MTP’s capabilities in healthcare, quick-service restaurants (QSR), and multi-location brand management. Both LOOMIS and iluminere will continue operating under their existing brands while benefiting from MTP’s broader platform.
