Thryv and Ooma Partner to Expand AI-Powered Growth and Communication Solutions for SMBs

Small business management software provider Thryv Holdings, Inc. and cloud communications provider Ooma, Inc. have entered into a strategic co-marketing agreement to expand adoption of their growth and communications technologies across small and medium-sized service businesses (SMBs) in the United States.

The partnership bridges Ooma’s established business communications subscriber base with users of Thryv’s AI-native growth platform. Under the arrangement, Thryv clients gain access to Ooma’s advanced communications platform and AI-driven features, while Ooma clients can leverage Thryv’s client acquisition, marketing automation, and business management software.

Expanding Go-To-Market Reach Across SMB Ecosystems

Together, the two major companies are poised to serve millions of small enterprises across the country. They have both agreed to synchronize their sales and promotion campaigns which will be kickedoff during the third quarter of 2026. The partnership will feature a combined sales and marketing efforts plan, including hosting joint webinars, providing educational materials to retailers, creating internal incentive structures for salespeople, and implementing promotional marketing activities across different channels.

This joint promotion between the companies will be launched on the networks of their co-distributors in the last half of 2026.
