Capacity has raised more than $54 million in Series E funding to expand its unified, AI-native customer experience platform and support its next phase of growth. The latest round brings the company’s total funding to more than $159 million. Capacity, which provides agentic support automation, surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue in June, marking 20x growth over three and a half years. The company said the new capital will support deeper expansion across key industries and international markets as enterprises increasingly look to consolidate AI investments into fewer strategic platforms. Capacity’s platform combines AI agents, real-time agent assistance, automated quality assurance, conversational intelligence and proactive customer engagement tools through a single AI knowledge orchestration layer.

More than 20,000 organizations currently use the platform, according to the company.”A few years ago at Capacity, we made a bet that companies would want fewer vendors,” said David Karandish, CEO and founder of Capacity. “The success of that bet is evident as we continue to grow. As enterprise AI use cases increase, so can complexities. Companies need a way to expand what AI can do without having to rebuild each time. Our train once, use everywhere approach means they can power every channel from the same foundation rather than managing a collection of standalone capabilities.”
