Real Chemistry, the healthcare and life sciences marketing firm, has announced the launch of MaestroHCP, a platform for enterprise level orchestration that will allow pharmaceutical marketers to plan, execute, and measure healthcare professional (HCP) marketing initiatives with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
The cloud-native platform aggregates audience insight, authorized brand compliance messaging, predefined channel parameters, and results into one workspace to help marketing teams fill the coverage gap between the import of data points and OK’d campaign deployment around the world.
Unifying the “Last Mile” of Enterprise Pharmaceutical Marketing
While pharmaceutical companies have invested heavily in consumer data platforms, predictive analytics, and digital engagement channels, operational friction often persists when translating strategy into frontline execution.
MaestroHCP solves this last-mile bottleneck by connecting real-time personalization engine capabilities, next-best-action deployment models, investment optimization algorithms, and closed-loop attribution reporting across all active media touchpoints.

Key operational capabilities delivered through the platform include:
HCP -Level Journey Mapping: using AI models and realtime interaction signals to identify and recommend an ideal message, delivery channel and cadence of deployment for individual physicians, prescribers.
Closed-Loop Performance Improvement: Displays conversion metrics and operational intelligence in real-time so that the brand teams can improve engagement strategies without breaking the campaign rhythm.
Dynamic Budget & Investment Allocation: Eliminates fixed segment-level budget planning by using a dynamic channel-mix improvement, determining spend based on individual HCP interaction data.
Sophisticated Machine Learning Infrastructure: ‘Uses feedback data from audience response signals and historical campaign outcomes to adapt and improve omnichannel decisioning in future campaigns.’
During early pilot testing, MaestroHCP demonstrated significant commercial performance improvements boosting HCP engagement rates by up to 57% compared to traditional campaign methods, while driving up to 2.5 times higher adoption of new approved product indications.
Developed on AWS Infrastructure for Enterprise Regulatory Governance
MaestroHCP was co-developed alongside the Professional Services team from Amazon Web Services (AWS) to meet the strict compliance requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. Leveraging machine learning tools such as Amazon SageMaker, the platform evaluates more than 600 individual interaction signals per HCP to generate millions of prioritized recommendations.
Pharma-specific operational guardrails including audience inclusion lists, pricing boundaries, channel affinity scores, and medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) compliance constraints are built directly into the workflow architecture. This ensures automated recommendations remain aligned with pre-approved brand assets and legal guidelines.
The platform offers flexible deployment modes, including self-service, managed service, and hybrid operating environments.
“For years, marketers have invested in data, intelligence and sophisticated engagement strategies, yet the last mile between insight and execution has remained stubbornly manual, fragmented and difficult to scale,” said Elizabeth Beringer, President, Real Chemistry Media. “With MaestroHCP, we are unifying decisioning, orchestration and activation so marketers can deliver more relevant experiences to HCPs with greater transparency and control. The future of marketing is smarter orchestration, and MaestroHCP was made for it.”
“MaestroHCP was specifically built to help organizations harness AI with the governance, expertise and practical application required in pharmaceutical marketing,” said Shankar Narayanan, Chief Executive Officer of Real Chemistry. “By combining adaptive technology with the judgment of experienced marketers, this platform focuses our integrated media experts on what matters most: understanding customers, strengthening brand strategy and engaging physicians in more relevant ways. That’s where lasting value is created.”
Advancing Practical AI for Life Sciences
The rollout of MaestroHCP represents part of Real Chemistry’s ongoing capital investment in purpose-built AI tools designed specifically for healthcare and life sciences organizations navigating complex, highly regulated commercial environments.
