Sprout Social has introduced its AI-powered social intelligence platform designed to help organizations transform real-time social conversations into actionable business insights at scale. At the center of the launch is the expansion of Trellis, Sprout’s proprietary agentic AI engine, which will be integrated across Publishing, Listening, Smart Inbox, and Reporting beginning in July. The platform also introduces Trellis Studio, a dedicated environment for building custom AI workflows tailored to specific business goals and operational needs.
