Precisely has made an announcement about the latest version of EngageOne™ RapidCX, which comes with AI-enabled functions that can revolutionize the way customer communications are managed and optimized. The upgrade will provide customers with a comprehensive and real-time overview of outbound communications and a Next Best Action AI Agent, which will make it easy to pinpoint problems, monitor performance, and take actions based on the findings. This upgrade comes after the company had already introduced some AI agents, but the current one adds some more functionalities, including providing guidance on optimizing customer communications while maintaining stringent controls on AI usage. Some of the features include a metrics-driven homepage where users can access real-time information using simple widgets, and a Communication Tracker for viewing all communications from beginning to end.

The Next Best Action Agent will be available for email communications, and the company intends to expand its application to other channels soon.
