ZoomInfo Acquires DoubleO.ai to Bring Reliable, Multi-Agent AI Orchestration to Enterprise Revenue Teams

ZoomInfo

B2B go-to-market platform ZoomInfo  has completed the acquisition of DoubleO.ai, an agentic orchestration platform engineered for enterprise-grade multi-agent automation.

The strategic acquisition pairs DoubleO.ai’s agentic orchestration layer directly with ZoomInfo’s B2B intelligence database. By combining deterministic workflow execution with deep account context, the unified platform enables revenue teams to deploy autonomous AI agents capable of orchestrating complex go-to-market (GTM) campaigns from initial signal detection to final outreach.

Solving the Reliability Gap in Enterprise AI Agent Deployment

While revenue organizations face growing pressure to integrate AI agents into their sales tech stacks, many existing solutions struggle to move beyond simple question-and-answer interactions. When tasked with multi-step workflows, standalone agents frequently suffer from contextual hallucination, inconsistent execution paths, and memory management bottlenecks, making them unreliable for mission-critical operations.

DoubleO.ai addresses these operational failure points through a multi-agent architecture built specifically for repeatable enterprise execution. Already trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises and high-growth technology companies, DoubleO.ai automates complex revenue motions such as tracking job-changing account champions or analyzing closed-won deals to automatically surface lookalike prospects and trigger tailored outreach.

Unifying B2B Intelligence with Multi-Agent Orchestration

The integration merges ZoomInfo’s GTM Context Graph encompassing more than 100 million company profiles, 500 million contact records, and billions of buyer intent signals with DoubleO.ai’s orchestration engine.

Key operational workflows enabled by the joint platform include:

Automated Champion Tracking: When an established buyer changes organizations, AI agents evaluate whether the new employer matches the ideal customer profile (ICP), map the surrounding buying committee, and initiate personalized outreach based on historical account interactions.

Closed-Won Pipeline Expansion: Upon closing a new deal, AI agents analyze the complete sales lifecycle to determine key buying triggers, generate a draft case study, identify non-customer competitors, and initiate tailored outbound campaigns to those target accounts.

“Every revenue leader has seen an AI agent demo. Almost none have seen it actually run a real GTM motion end-to-end,” said Henry Schuck, Founder and CEO of ZoomInfo. “DoubleO.ai built the orchestration layer that lets agents actually take a GTM motion end to end. ZoomInfo has spent years building the GTM Context Graph that agents need. Bringing GTM context together with domain specific agents means revenue teams can run complete plays with AI.”

“Most companies building agents are stuck with demos. The agents don’t run the same way twice, so a person has to babysit every step, and you get maybe a 20% improvement,” said Derek Osgood, CEO and Co-founder of DoubleO.ai. “We built DoubleO.ai to run complex workflows reliably, every time, which is where you see 10x gains. The one thing I desperately wanted while building it was ZoomInfo’s Context Graph. It was the one unlock we never had.”

“Agents can’t operate without deep, trusted context about every account, contact, and signal, and no one has more of that context than ZoomInfo,” said Karthik Suresh, CTO and Co-founder of DoubleO.ai. “Joining ZoomInfo lets us put what we built at DoubleO to work for revenue teams at a scale we couldn’t have reached on our own.”

Foundations in Go-To-Market Operations

DoubleO.ai was founded in 2024 by Derek Osgood and Karthik Suresh, experienced GTM operators who previously launched Ignition in 2021 (later acquired by Klue). After building early AI agents for product launches and customer analytics, they recognized the need for a shared context architecture capable of coordinating multiple AI agents across enterprise environments.

By embedding DoubleO.ai’s orchestration platform into ZoomInfo’s ecosystem, the combined entity equips sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams with the infrastructure required to scale autonomous GTM plays safely, predictably, and with measurable ROI.
